As a Call Center Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our UK-based patients, handling clinical queries, treatment information requests, and general patient support — all while representing a premium UK medical brand with the highest standards of professionalism and care.

*🔹 Key Responsibilities*

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK-based patients regarding clinical services, appointments, and treatment inquiries

- Provide accurate information about clinic services and treatments in line with clinic guidelines

- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments

- Address patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality

- Escalate complex clinical queries to relevant medical staff when required

- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the CRM/booking system

- Ensure full compliance with UK data protection standards (GDPR) when handling patient information

- Meet call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets

*🔹 Requirements*

- *Excellent spoken and written English* — near-native fluency and a neutral/UK-friendly accent strongly preferred

- Prior experience in a *call center, BPO, or customer service role* (healthcare/medical process experience is a strong plus)

- Strong *communication and interpersonal skills*, with the ability to handle sensitive patient conversations with empathy and discretion

- High level of *professionalism*, confidentiality, and attention to detail

- Comfortable working *UK timings*

- Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, email, MS Office)

- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and problem-solve on calls

- A patient, courteous, and solutions-oriented attitude
