Medstrix Staffing LLC — a U.S.-based healthcare staffing and support company — is looking for energetic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Lahore.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their career in international healthcare operations and U.S. client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from U.S. healthcare professionals and facilities.
• Schedule and coordinate staff placements (nurses, medical assistants, etc.) for healthcare facilities.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update client databases.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff to ensure smooth staffing operations.
• Work closely with the operations and HR teams to meet daily targets.

• Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking and listening skills.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and able to work night shifts.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
