Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Call Agent located in Lahore. As a Call Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Your tasks will include handling customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. This is a full-time position.

 

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customers
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with call center software
  • Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is a plus
