JOB FUNCTIONS:
CCR will act as a liaison between company and its customers
Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Graduation, 0-3 years prior call center experience preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Office
Excellent data entry and typing skills
