Description:
- Occasional preparation and amendments of drawings to be issued for site on Urgent basis.
- Overlaying and coordination of drawings for various disciplines.
- Assisting the office secretary at various occasions for transmittals, drawing registers and important documentation of the design team.
- Keeping & managing drawings which include architectural, MEP, structure, specification, ID and other disciplines.
- Maintaining and updating all the design drawings in the designated drives on the basis of design received and tracking the submissions and comments issued on each submittal.
- Calculation of plot areas and infrastructure works.
- Calculation of covered areas of tower, retail areas etc.
- Assisting the site team regarding the Ab Built drawings provided by the Contractors.
- Verifying coordinates of all Emaar’s projects.
- Keeping the record of construction drawings issued at site and maintaining folders.
Qualification: Minimum D.A.E Architectural / Civil
Experience: 6 – 8 years of experience in Design process, architectural details, town planning and construction documents
