We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience in C2C Staff Augmentation and US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will specialize in marketing consultants, building strong client/vendor relationships, and driving measurable revenue growth through effective workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and place consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens, etc.) across client projects.
- Develop and optimize consultant profiles and resumes to meet market standards.
- Submit high-volume targeted job applications daily with high accuracy.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.
- Conduct C-level outreach to secure faster project approvals and partnerships.
- Use data-driven insights to improve candidate placement efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Contribute to revenue growth by aligning consultants with high-demand client requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of proven experience in C2C staff augmentation, business development, or bench sales.
- Strong knowledge of visa classifications and US IT staffing models.
- Proficiency in job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
