Business Strategist

Description:

We’re looking for a Strategy Manager who thinks like a creative and works like a planner. This is an individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, ideal for someone who loves generating sharp, innovative ideas, can translate them into compelling presentations, and is comfortable using AI tools to accelerate ideation.

What You’ll Do
• Develop creative, insight-led strategies and ideation for brand activation, event, and experiential marketing briefs.
• Translate raw briefs and client requirements into clear strategic narratives and campaign concepts.
• Build compelling, well-structured PowerPoint decks for pitches, client presentations, and internal reviews.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, image/creative generation tools) to accelerate research, ideation, and content development while ensuring originality and brand relevance.
• Stay current with marketing, advertising, and experiential trends, bringing fresh references and benchmarks into every project.
• Collaborate closely with creative, operations, and client servicing teams to ensure strategic ideas are executable on the ground.
• Quickly absorb new categories, brands, and client contexts, and adapt strategic thinking accordingly.
• Support the Founder/CEO directly in pitch preparation, new business ideation, and thought leadership content.

• Fast learner who can pick up new brands, categories, and briefs with minimal ramp-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to brand activation, events, or trade marketing.
