Business Specialist

 

Description:

The Client and Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth and success of PDPhouse. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding the studio's client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and client management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

-Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and project coordination.

 

-Business Development:

-Grow the studio by finding new clients and business opportunities.

-Come up with plans to make the business expand.

-Look for and approach potential clients and markets to make the studio grow.

-Stay in regular contact with the social media manager and marketing team to keep track of new bookings and sales goals.

 

-Sales and Revenue Generation:

-Create and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

-Meet the monthly sales targets and furnish sales reports regularly.

 

-Marketing and Promotion:

-Work together with influencers and others in the industry to create marketing campaigns and materials that will bring in new clients.

 

-Client Satisfaction:

-Make sure customers are happy by providing excellent service and quickly addressing their needs or solving any problems they might have.

-Collect feedback from clients and use it to enhance the services and offerings provided by the studio.

 

-Market Analysis and Reporting:

-Keep up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.

-Create regular reports on business development, sales, and client interactions.

 

Arrangement meetings and Bookings:

-Arrange meetings with potential clients, deliver impressive presentations, and aim to leave a lasting impression, so when they're ready to book in the future, we are their top choice.

-Assist and advise on pricing, providing customized options based on client requirements, and offer the best solutions to meet their needs.

-Issue a formal invoice and quotation, delivering them via email, hard copy, and WhatsApp in PDF format. Ensure proper filing of the invoice for organizational efficiency.

 

Client journey:

-Ensure the provision of excellent client service throughout the entire process until the final deliverables are met.

-Listen attentively to all client details throughout the service journey, respond promptly to messages and calls, and fulfill every commitment on the agreed-upon dates.

-Ensure client satisfaction upon delivery and obtain honest reviews in written, voice notes, or video messages. Share these testimonials with the marketing team for promotion on social media platforms.

 

Team Management:

-Assign the client's work to the photo and video editor, and ensure the team delivers the final product before the deadline.

-Clearly instruct the team on the client's album and video requirements. Ensure any requested changes from the client are promptly addressed and completed within the specified timeframe.

 

Studio Organization:

-Ensure regular checks on team attendance and behavior.

-Maintain a clean and fresh studio vibe, keeping everything in its place.

-Conduct regular cleaning checks, especially in the washroom, water dispenser and water tank and mark them off consistently.

-Report any maintenance requirements promptly to the head, and upon approval, fix them as soon as possible.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Media or a related field (preferred).

-Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Knowledge of photography industry trends and a passion for visual arts.

-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

-Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

-A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
