Description:
Haseens is seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business Performance Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making across Marketing, Retail, E-commerce, and Operations. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, monitor key business metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Analytics
- Analyze digital marketing performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, Email Marketing, and Influencer campaigns.
- Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, Conversion Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and Retention Rate.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor customer acquisition and retention trends.
E-commerce Analytics
- Track website performance including traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), cart abandonment, and customer journeys.
- Analyze product performance, category trends, and online sales data.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support e-commerce growth initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.
Retail Analytics
- Monitor store performance, sales productivity, footfall, conversion rates, and average transaction values.
- Analyze regional and outlet-wise sales trends.
- Support inventory planning through sell-through and stock performance analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve store profitability and operational efficiency.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports.
- Build dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Finance, and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business, retail, e-commerce, or marketing analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Experience in fashion retail or e-commerce will be preferred.
