Business Operations Specialist



The Business Operations Specialist role requires a highly driven and reliable individual to drive operational efficiency and consistency across our online programs. Requirements and Responsibilities

  • The position requires incumbents to
  • fully understand the entire value chain
  • identify gaps in the process and suggest improvements
  • oversee the business operations, ensuring all classes run smoothly
  • close sales
  • provide after-sales support
  • Manage end-to-end online programs - ensure smooth operations between teachers, students, parents and other teams
  • Excellence in staying organized and documenting key outcomes
  • Effective communication and coordination skills, especially between teachers and students
  • Report daily operating metrics - track and report on daily metrics
  • Scheduling management - managing rosters for teachers
  • Emergency handling - managing last minute class rescheduling requests or class cancellation
  • Training new staff on operational management and / or other processes
  • Willing to work on other urgent goals that are critical to the organizational success
