Job Purpose: The incumbent is responsible for developing and implementing business plans with the objective of effective placement, distribution and channel management of HH&D B2C sales & product range and also ensure efficiency of business operations to drive sustainable development, growth, profitability and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare short- & long-term business strategy
• Develop yearly sales and expense plan covering sales projection and expense controls nationwide
• Oversee sales activities by tracking sales goals, setting targets and facilitate achievement of targets
• Propose different Strategies for the B2C Sales and Marketing Channels & techniques to be used for the sales in order to optimize Customer base and increase reach
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Prepare the business / marketing plans & strategies to enhance market share keeping in view different elements of the product range
• Train, coach and develop team whenever required
