Business Manager

Description:

Amros Pharma is looking to hire an experienced and results-oriented Business Manager to join its team at the Gulshan-e-Maymar, SITE Area II, Karachi office. This is a full-time, on-site role for professionals who are passionate about driving business growth and executing trade and promotional strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 6–7 years of experience in managing trade and promotional activities, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector. The Business Manager will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of promotional campaigns, managing market activities, and contributing to the company’s overall business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement trade and promotional strategies to drive sales growth

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaign planning and execution

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and clients

• Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for improvement

• Ensure proper budget allocation and cost-efficiency across promotional efforts

• Contribute to strategic decision-making processes with upper management

Qualifications:

• Graduation (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)

• 6–7 years of experience in trade and promotional activities

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be given preference

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Working Hours:

• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
