Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented professional who can transform complex and fragmented data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business decisions through reporting, dashboard development, performance analysis, process improvement, and data-driven recommendations across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and manage cross-functional reports, dashboards, trackers, and data models across Sales, Finance, Operations, Account Management, Technology, and Leadership teams.
✅ Analyze, clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources, including spreadsheets, internal systems, financial records, operational reports, and performance data.
✅ Support business teams with reporting on revenue, partner performance, store performance, onboarding progress, KPIs, cancellations, refunds, and growth opportunities.
✅ Build and improve commission and incentive reporting frameworks while ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
✅ Identify trends impacting revenue, business growth, operational performance, and overall company results.
✅ Review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, reporting gaps, and automation opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
✅ Lead end-to-end business improvement and data projects, collaborating with stakeholders across departments.
✅ Present insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
✅ Utilize automation and AI-powered tools to improve reporting quality, efficiency, and business processes while ensuring data accuracy and commercial relevance.
Requirements
✔ 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, or a similar role.
✔ Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, lookups, pivots, data validation, conditional logic, and reporting structures.
✔ Experience creating dashboards, automated reports, performance models, and business reporting systems.
✔ Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into commercial recommendations.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to work with large, complex, and imperfect datasets and convert them into meaningful business intelligence.
Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with commission reporting, finance reporting, sales performance analysis, invoicing, marketplace data, or multi-site operations.
⭐ Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Python, Apps Script, APIs, and automation tools will be considered a strong advantage.
