Business Growth Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, developing strategic business plans, and managing projects to drive business growth. The role entails analyzing market trends, assessing business performance, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve company goals. The candidate will also represent the organization with professionalism at events and meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Communication skills, with experience in building client relationships and closing deals
• Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and prospecting techniques to generate new business opportunities.
• Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Proactive approach, with ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Minimum Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the branding, events, or exhibition industry is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar tools.

What You'll Do

• Conduct proactive outreach through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking activities.
• Maintain and update sales activities, leads, and opportunities within the company's CRM system.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through deal closure.
• Generate meetings and presentations with prospective clients to drive revenue growth.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Represent SEMICIRCLE at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
