Description:
Z2C is looking for a Business Growth Manager for its business unit, Begin. This role is pivotal in accelerating Begin's market expansion, increasing revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships. The Business Growth Manager will focus on driving growth strategies, optimizing monetization, and leveraging data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement business growth initiatives aligned with Begin's goals.
Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with telecom providers, device manufacturers, content creators, and ad-tech platforms.
Revenue Optimization: Drive monetization strategies including subscriptions, ad-supported models, and hybrid pricing.
Market Expansion: Conduct market research for audience segments and geographical expansion.
User Acquisition & Retention: Work with marketing teams to optimize campaigns, referral programs, and engagement strategies.
Data & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine business strategies, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
Competitive Benchmarking: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business growth, partnerships, and revenue strategy in digital media or technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analytics, growth hacking, and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams.
Knowledge of OTT, digital advertising, and audience engagement trends
