Business Growth Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and other tactics
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Conduct meetings and provide the product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Understand the needs of clients and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, progress, and challenges
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients and management

 

Skills Required:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in locking the successful sales preferably in tech industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation (ppt) skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Computer Sciences
