🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist in identifying and bidding on projects via Upwork and other freelance platforms
- Communicate with international clients—especially from the USA, UK, and EU—about our services in workflow automation, process mapping, and low-code/no-code solutions
- Collaborate with our tech team to craft tailored proposals that solve real business problems.
- Learn how to pitch, negotiate, and build long-term client relationships
- Gain hands-on experience in digital sales, project scoping, and client onboarding
Job Role:
The candidate will be placed in Business development department after successful three months training, playing the following job role:
- Contribute to the business development team by supporting sales activities across including, but not limited to, freelancing platforms such as Upwork
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads by conducting research and analysis on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Support the creation, submission, and tracking of project proposals, bids, and responses.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, portfolios, and relevant pitch materials.
- Perform R&D on new sales tools, outreach methods, and digital platforms that can improve sales outcomes.
- Assist in sales admin tasks, including scheduling meetings, sending follow-ups, and maintaining sales documentation.
Job Requirements:
- He must complete his Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or a Business / Marketing degree with IT focus. Under graduates will not be considered. We need relevant degree graduates will be considered.
- Fresh - 6 months experience (Job or internship).
- 5 days On-site, 10 am to 7 pm, with additional evening times management for client communication. The office is in Johar Town, near Expo Center, Lahore.
- Excellent English communication, verbal and written (Fluent speaking, no grammatical mistakes)
- Passionate about sales and business development.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms (e.g., Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn sales tools and CRM systems (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Pipedrive.
- Must have his own Laptop.
