Fumograph, a renowned animation studio based in Karachi Division, is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee – Sales Intern to join their growing team. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about animation and eager to break into the world of sales and business development. The role provides hands-on exposure to global freelance platforms and real client interactions. As a trainee, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, creating compelling bids, and assisting the team in securing animation and design projects through Upwork and similar platforms.

You will work closely with the business development team to devise and implement strategies for lead generation and client retention, gaining valuable skills and experience that could potentially lead to long-term growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential clients on freelance platforms such as Upwork

• Create and submit well-crafted bids on animation and design-related projects

• Assist in developing strategies to expand business and increase revenue

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with the team to track progress and meet business goals

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of freelance bidding platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)

• Understanding of animation and design workflows and terminology

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive, self-driven personality with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently during night shift hours (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM)

• Comfortable working alternate Saturdays (on)

• Highly organized with time management and multitasking skills

• Prior experience in business development or sales is a plus
