Havit Growth is looking for a Business Development Manager who can bring in new clients, build strong business relationships, and help expand our reach. This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary, ideal for individuals confident in their sales and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
  • Pitch and present Havit Growth’s services — marketing, branding, web & app development, and creative solutions — to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and project handover.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic outreach, networking, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in marketing, software, or creative industries).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of B2B and partnership-based models.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and independent.
  • Comfortable working in a flexible, performance-based setup.
