🕔 Shift: Mon–Fri | 5 PM – 2 AM

Role Overview:

We are a growing Medical Billing & RCM company operating from Pakistan, seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to launch and lead our business development operations for U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand medical billing services in the U.S. market.
✔️ Make cold calls to prospective clients (clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers) to generate qualified leads.
✔️ Book meetings for potential clients with U.S.-based Account Managers.
✔️ Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
✔️ Build and mentor a Business Development team in Pakistan to scale operations.
✔️ Collaborate closely with U.S. Account Managers and internal RCM teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
✔️ Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and deals in CRM systems.
✔️ Conduct market research on U.S. healthcare trends, payer requirements, and competitors.
✔️ Provide business development reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
