Description:
We are a growing organization seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in business development with hands-on experience in acquiring clients through freelance marketplaces as well as through corporate (local and international) networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities from freelance platforms and corporate sectors.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Handle bidding processes, negotiations, and closing of deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Developer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of successful business development efforts through freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) and corporate outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Strong technical understanding to communicate with IT and software development clients.
- Skilled in bidding, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- AI, chatbots , Agents , Software Development knowledge is a plus point.
