RTC Digital Solutions is looking for a results driven BDR who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities and pipelines into revenue.
If you have agency experience + strong US client handling, this role is for you.
✅️Role Overview
As a BDR, you won’t just generate leads you’ll own the outbound pipeline, connect with US business owners, and directly contribute to revenue growth.
✅️Key Responsibilities
✔️ Build and execute multi channel outreach (Cold Email, LinkedIn, SMS)
✔️ Identify and target US based decision makers
✔️ Qualify leads based on ICP & book high quality appointments
✔️ Maintain pipeline in HubSpot / GoHighLevel
✔️ Build long term client relationships & follow ups
✔️ Collaborate with closers & leadership on strategy
✅ Requirements
🔹 2–4 years experience as BDR / Appointment Setter
🔹 Digital marketing agency background (preferred)
🔹 Strong English communication (US-level)
🔹 Proven track record in appointments revenue generation
🔹 Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, CRM tools
🔹 Comfortable working in night shift (US hours)
✅️Bonus Skills
🔹️Experience selling SEO, Web Dev, Meta/Google Ads, AI Solutions
🔹️Hands on with Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, GoHighLevel
🔹️Strong understanding of US client psychology
🔹️Outreach copywriting & A/B testing expertise
