Business Development Representative

 

Description:

Systexis, a rapidly growing U.S.-based IT consulting and solutions provider, is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative (Team Lead) to drive its international growth. This is a leadership role ideal for professionals who can independently manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—across global markets including North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

This role involves working closely with senior management to lead and support a high-performing sales team and directly contribute to expanding the company’s client base in enterprise IT solutions such as networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data centers, and software development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development team and manage full sales lifecycle

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets

  • Develop sales strategies, outreach campaigns, and relationship-building processes

  • Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with tailored IT solutions

  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

  • Mentor junior sales staff and interns to boost productivity and professional development


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in IT or tech services

  • Strong understanding of international B2B sales processes

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of sales targets

  • Leadership capabilities and experience in managing or mentoring a team

  • Availability for night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
