Description:

  • Identifying and targeting new potential clients, and building relationships with them through various communication channels such as phone, email, and networking events.
  • Researching and understanding the recruitment needs of potential clients in the US in order to tailor the company's services to meet those needs.
  • Identifying key decision makers (CEO/Directors/Head HR) within the company and reaching out to them to sell the recruitment services.
  • Providing feedback to the management team on market trends, competitive activities, and potential for new recruitment services.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Reaching out to recruitment consultancies' clients for business, track the record of companies which are actively posting jobs on LinkedIn and other job portals and offer them recruitment services.
  • Reaching out to top recruitment firms' executives and to offer them recruitment services for sharing business.
  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients in a win-win situation.
  • Continuously developing and expanding the company's client base for recruitment services.
  • The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication.
  • A background in sales, recruitment, marketing or business development is a plus. Knowledge of the recruitment industry is essential for this position.
  • Candidates should be comfortable to work in the night shift (US Eastern).
