MAF Tech is looking for Call Center Representative / Business Development Officer (BDO) with good English communication skills and a proven track record in Business Development.
Candidate must have strong command on English with excellent Communication Skills
Job Role:
• Speaking with Business owners and providing point to point knowledge of our work.
• Convincing them to get our services.
• Keeping Records of Customer interactions .
• Recording details of inquiries , Complaints and Comments.
• Reffering unresolved customer grievances or special request to designated departments for further core proceedings.

Requirements
• Candidate must have atleast 3 years hand on experience in SEO Campaign.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong command of the English language (Spoken and Written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to complete Desired Targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Hours: 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
