Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.
• Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads in the U.S. market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Negotiate with clients, understand their business needs, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and outreach data using Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous experience in outbound sales or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with the U.S. market is an advantage.
• Experience with U.S. federal procurement campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant Office tools.
