Business Development Officer

We’re looking for driven BDOs for Night Shift to help us acquire and convert international clients for our publishing and KDP services.

💼 Your Responsibilities

• Generate international leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, Social Media & other platforms

• Identify and approach potential clients

• Handle sales conversations and follow-ups

• Convert leads into paying clients

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication & sales skills

• Previous B2B / international sales experience is a plus

• Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn & social media lead generation preferred

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Comfortable working Night Shift
