Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining existing client portfolios, and contributing to the company’s growth through strategic outreach and business generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities.
- Reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with clients to close deals.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and service presentations.
- Track sales metrics, pipelines, and performance reports.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to represent the company.
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance departments to align business objectives.
- Meet monthly/quarterly business development targets as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (1–2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal, tax, or consultancy services is an advantage.
