The Opportunity:
We are hiring for our client a rising leader in the renewable energy space. We are seeking a high-performing Business Development & Marketing Manager to drive strategic partnerships, secure major EPC projects, and lead our market expansion efforts. This is a pivotal role for a results-driven professional who thrives on building sustainable revenue streams and strengthening brand presence in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development:
Build and manage high-value partnerships with EPCs, installers, and developers.
Form strategic alliances with solar panel manufacturers, distributors, and project consultants.
Drive market expansion into new regions and segments.
Lead high-stakes negotiations and close bulk/long-term supply contracts.
Manage a robust sales pipeline and increase E-commerce/online presence.

Marketing & Brand Leadership:
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Digital, Trade, and Field).
Oversee company branding, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Lead the coordination of exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
Manage relationships with designers and agencies for marketing collateral.

Market Intelligence & Coordination:
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide internal engineering designs.
Utilize customer feedback and market demand analysis to refine service offerings.
Maintain CRM systems and deliver detailed performance and campaign reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:
Proven track record in Business Development or Marketing within the Solar/Renewable energy industry.
Strong network within the EPC and solar developer community in Pakistan.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in digital HR transformation or marketing analytics is a plus.
