Business Development & Marketing Lead

Description:

You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting potential clients for our architectural and interior design services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Hunt and identify potential clients (commercial, retail, corporate, residential developers, etc.)

• Generate qualified leads through online & offline channels

• Initiate contact and pitch our architectural & interior services

• Conduct meetings and follow-ups

• Negotiate and close contracts

• Maintain client relationships for repeat business

💼 Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development / Marketing

• Proven experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or related industry (preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven mindset

• Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
