Description:
To drive revenue growth for the Textile Unit by acquiring and closing B2B clients for CMT manufacturing, institutional/corporate uniforms, and recycled-fabric products, while owning pricing, negotiations, client relationships, and execution-focused marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate sales for CMT orders, bulk uniform programs, and recycled-fabric products.
- Own monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Build and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
- Prepare costing sheets, quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Lead price, MOQ, payment term, and delivery negotiations with clients.
- Close bulk orders and long-term rate contracts.
- Forecast revenue and submit regular sales performance reports.
Client & Account Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients from enquiry to delivery.
- Translate customer requirements into clear production briefs.
- Ensure repeat business through relationship management and post-order follow-ups.
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Execute B2B branding and product positioning for textile services and products.
- Coordinate catalogs, product presentations, photoshoots, and client pitch decks.
- Support participation in trade fairs, buyer meetings, and outreach initiatives.
- Work with design teams to align offerings with market demand.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Design to confirm feasibility, costing, and timelines before order commitment.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders for timely and compliant execution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Textiles.
- 5–8 years of experience in textile/garment sales, CMT, or uniform programs.
- Strong understanding of garment costing and manufacturing processes.
