Business Development Manager

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our regional operations in Pakpattan. This is a leadership and performance-based role responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of 12 Business Development Officers (BDOs). You will spearhead market expansion, drive sales targets for Fitwell Hub Health Cards, and ensure a standard of excellence in client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Recruitment & Building: Hire and assemble a motivated team of 12 Business Development Officers (BDOs) across Pakpattan and surrounding areas.
• Training & Leadership: Provide comprehensive field training, mentorship, and continuous guidance to the BDO team to maximize performance.
• Target Management: Direct and manage the team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly field sales targets.
• Market Expansion: Promote and drive sales for Fitwell Hub Health Cards (including Family Cards and Basic Plus Cards) within the regional market.
• Strategic Planning & Reporting: Analyze market trends, formulate growth strategies, and submit regular performance and sales forecasts to upper management.
• BDO Monthly Sales Targets

Each Business Development Officer (BDO) is required to meet the following monthly target:

• Total Cards: 80 Cards per BDO
• Family Cards: 20
• Basic Plus Cards: 60

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven professional experience in business development, sales management, or team leadership (experience in healthcare, wellness, or service industries is a plus).

  • Ability to work independently, meet strict targets, and inspire a cross-functional team.
