We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international sales and expand our client portfolio across the US market for AEC, cost Estimation, IT and SaaS solutions.

Candidates with proven USA based Business Development experience in IT Services, AEC, cost Estimation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate and convert qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, email campaigns, cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with founders, executives, decision-makers, and enterprise clients across the US market.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery calls to proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to maximize productivity and results.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance sales skills and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare tailored proposals and solution presentations.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to drive business growth.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reports.
Requirements
- Experience selling AEC, cost estimation, IT Services, SaaS products, Software Development, Cloud, AI, or Digital Solutions to US clients.
- 10+ years of International Business Development experience.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and consultative selling.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar sales tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
