Business Development Manager

Role Description An established U.S. Immigration Law Firm, headquartered in Plano, Texas, is opening a new office in Lahore, Pakistan to serve the Pakistani market and we're looking for an aggressive, results-driven Business Developer to lead this growth.

The role will also support business development for our affiliated Personal Injury Law Firm, based in Dallas, Texas, serving clients across Texas.

What you'll do:

• Build the immigration firm's Lahore market presence from the ground up marketing, outreach, and lead generation
• Develop and manage the full BD pipeline for both firms
• Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Pakistani market (immigration) and Texas market (personal injury)
• Build referral networks, partnerships, and lead generation channels
• Drive an aggressive, proactive growth approach across both practices

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (legal/professional services a plus)
• Strong grasp of pipeline management and lead generation strategies
• Self-starter with an aggressive, results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working full-time, onsite, night shift (Mon–Sat, CST hours)
