Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with 2–3 years of proven experience in driving B2B growth through strategic email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and Upwork bidding. This role is for a self-starter who understands the full sales cycle and can independently manage and scale our lead generation engine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Plan and execute cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and high-quality Upwork bidding to secure global projects.
- Lead Generation: Generate, qualify, and nurture high-quality B2B leads to ensure a consistent sales pipeline.
- Optimization: Build and optimize outreach sequences, messaging, and follow-ups to maximize conversion ates.
- Strategy: Conduct market research, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definition, and competitor analysis to align growth strategies.
- Pipeline Management: Manage CRM pipelines, update sales data, and track KPIs (open rates, reply rates, and revenue impact).
- Collaboration: Work with the delivery team to align client requirements and provide feedback on market trends.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members on BD best practices and outreach tactics.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Experience: 2–3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Growth (specifically within the IT/Software industry).
- Strategic Outreach: Strong expertise in Upwork profile management, proposal writing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Tool Stack: Hands-on experience with:
- Data/Lead Gen: Apollo, Seamless, Snov, or Clay.
- Email Automation: Smartlead, Instantly, or Lemlist.
- CRM: HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar.
- Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in Business Development for Software QA/Testing services is a major plus.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
