Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in commercial vehicle financing by developing strong partnerships with dealers, fleet operators, and corporate clients. The role focuses on expanding the auto loan portfolio, increasing market penetration, and achieving sales targets within the banking sector.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
Develop and execute business strategies for commercial vehicle financing (trucks, buses, fleet financing)
Build and manage relationships with dealerships, transporters, and corporate fleet clients
Generate new business opportunities to grow the auto loan portfolio
Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets
Evaluate customer requirements and coordinate with credit teams for loan processing
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close financing deals
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely repayments
Provide regular MIS reports and performance updates to management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
5–8 years of experience in banking/financial services, specifically in auto loans or commercial vehicle financing
Strong network with auto dealers, fleet operators, and transport companies
Sound knowledge of credit processes and loan structuring
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven track record of achieving sales/disbursement targets
Proficiency in MS Office and banking/CRM systems
