Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and close high-value deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and understands how to sell value-based digital services. Cold calling experience will be considered a strong plus.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate leads and hunt potential clients through outbound strategies

Conduct cold calls and initiate conversations with prospects

Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals

Schedule and lead client meetings to finalize agreements

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Use CRM tools (Apollo, Smartlead, etc.) to track pipeline and performance

Strong research skills to identify prospects and market opportunities

Prior experience in remote sales or international client handling

 

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or relevant commerce discipline

1–3 years of experience in business development or sales

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Proven track record in lead generation and deal closing

Cold calling experience is a strong plus

E-commerce industry experience required

Understanding of Amazon services, e-commerce, or digital marketing preferred

Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
