Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the BPO industry.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, closing, and deal-making abilities.
- Experience managing international clients and markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia).
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, client needs, and service delivery models.
