Business Development Manager

Description:

We are urgently hiring Business Development Manager to join our team in Karachi.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for recruitment and HR services
- Develop proposals, service agreements, and close business deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing
- 3–5 years of business development experience in HR consultancy or recruitment firms
- Strong client handling and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of recruitment cycle and HR services
- Target-driven and self-motivated
