Kafeel Hussain Associates is a professional architectural firm providing high-quality services to clients locally and internationally. We are expanding our client base and are looking for a driven Business Development Executive who can actively bring in new clients and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new local and international clients
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, LinkedIn, email marketing, and freelancing platforms
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Excellent client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills (English required)
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and business planning
- Experience working with local and international clients (international exposure is a plus)
- Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and reporting
- Ability to prepare and present business proposals and pitches
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of the local business environment in Pakistan is an advantage
