🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt & Close Own your pipeline: Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close deals ($10K–$100K+ retainers)
  • Run full-cycle sales from cold outreach to signed contracts
  • Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets consistently
  • Pipeline Development Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls) and inbound channels
  • Qualify leads fast – only chase the ones worth closing
  • Create your own team of SDRs to maximize pipeline quality and velocity
  • Master the Process Follow (and improve) proven sales playbooks, scripts, and frameworks set by the Sales Director
  • Use CRM religiously – track every interaction, follow-up, and deal stage
  • Obsessively optimize your close rate, deal size, and sales cycle length
  • Become a Product Expert Deeply understand our services, case studies, and competitive positioning
  • Articulate value propositions with precision and confidence
  • Handle objections like a surgeon – smooth, strategic, no hesitation
  • Collaborate & Communicate Work closely with the Sales Director to refine messaging, offers, and targeting
  • Share insights from the field: What objections are coming up? What messaging is working?
  • Coordinate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Represent the Brand Show up as a polished, consultative, and strategic advisor (not a pushy salesperson)
  • Build trust and long-term relationships – we want clients for life, not just one-time deals
  • Filter clients ruthlessly – only close brands that are a great fit for us

  • Must-Haves:2–5 years of B2B sales experience (agency/SaaS/eCommerce/tech)
  • Proven track record of closing high-ticket deals ($10K+ contracts)
  • Experience with full-cycle sales – prospecting to close
  • Master of outbound sales (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • Hunter mentality: You don't need warm leads to thrive
  • Data-driven: You track metrics, spot trends, and iterate based on performance
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment – scrappy, resourceful, and execution-focused
  • Fluent in objection handling and closing psychology
