Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can bring in qualified leads, handle client communication, and close deals. This role is key to Niblox’s growth.

 

Responsibilities

  • Find and qualify leads (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, email, inbound)
  • Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
  • Present Niblox services clearly and confidently
  • Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
  • Close deals and hand off projects to the delivery team
  • Maintain a simple CRM and sales pipeline

 

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years experience in sales or business development (tech preferred)
  • Strong English communication (written & spoken)
  • Understanding of web/app development services
  • Comfortable with targets and commissions
  • Self-driven and reliable (remote work)

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS or agency services
  • Existing network or lead sources
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or Google Sheets
