- Responsibilities Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Ensure the knowledge of digital design products like branding, websites, and web/mobile applications
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns
- Responsible for selling & upselling services and meeting customer needs
- Develop and implement sales strategy, new business, negotiation of contracts and retention of clients, and handle complaints or objections
- Creation of proposals and sales pitches based on a client brief. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services. Draft new opportunity pitch decks. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts
- Communicate with the clients almost natively through voice calls, WhatsApp, messages, and emails (Welcome Emails, Set-up appointments, etc )
- Find and pitch opportunities to upsell the services
- Preparing the quotations and Invoices
- Managing leads in the CRM
- Monitoring Live Chat on Website. Respond to customer inquiries on the live-chat
- Ownership of quarterly targets
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data in an Excel sheet
- QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the Design industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence key stakeholders and drive deals to closure.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets within a fast-paced environment.
