Male Candidates: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM PST
Female Candidates: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM PST

Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to long-term organizational growth. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present company products/services to clients and conduct sales pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare reports, proposals, and business growth strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends to identify potential growth areas.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in Business Development or Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in the required shift timings listed above.
