Innov Teams is growing and we are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts in Lahore. This role is ideal for someone who excels at strategy, client engagement, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across local and international markets.
  • Conduct detailed market research to analyze trends, competition, and growth potential.
  • Oversee and manage lead generation activities and qualify high-value prospects.
  • Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Lead presentations, negotiations, and client meetings to close business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and company objectives.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on business development progress.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar senior role.
  • Strong analytical and market research abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing business deals.
  • Strong background in customer service and client management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
