Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads through personal networking, referrals, and social outreach
• Contact and meet potential clients to identify their financial needs
• Conduct financial need analysis and client presentations
• Recommend suitable insurance and takaful solutions
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Maintain client records and daily activity reports
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve overall goals
• Represent Jubilee Life with professionalism, integrity, and commitment


Requirements:
• Minimum Intermediate education (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Ability to generate leads independently
• Positive attitude and motivation to grow in sales
• Passion for achieving career growth and financial independence
