Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Identify potential clients, partners, and market segments to expand NETPAC’s footprint.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Present and promote NETPAC’s product portfolio to clients effectively.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement campaigns for lead generation.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
- Represent NETPAC at industry events, exhibitions, and roadshows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in IT/Networking industry).
- Strong understanding of networking, surveillance, and IT solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for client meetings and business development.
