Business Development Manager

 

Description:

The Business Developer will focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities for tech-related projects. This includes prospecting, engaging potential clients, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery. The role requires both client-facing communication skills and an understanding of modern digital ecosystems.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and marketing skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering presentations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business goals
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients for tech projects through.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements, pain points, and objectives.
  • Present GyzoTech’s services and value propositions in a compelling and tailored manner.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Prepare and review proposals, bids, and business cases.
  • Negotiate pricing, discount structures, and contractual terms in line with company goals.
  • Stay updated on market conditions, competitor offerings, and emerging digital trends (e.g., AI, IoT, Cloud, SaaS, and enterprise solutions).

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within the technology or digital solutions sector.
  • Ability to review RFPs, Tenders, and BIDs for technology services and craft winning proposals.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities under tight deadlines.
