Business Development Manager

Description:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with potential business leads to build, follow-up and finalize new business for the company. The candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities (Residential, commercial and industrial);
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company grow and expand;
• Follow up and materialize the developed leads into the orders;
• Maintain existing business;
• Visit market on daily basis; report to and update office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BSC Electrical Engineering is a must + MBA will be preferred);
• Relevant field related experience (at least 3 years of relevant field experience);
• Prior industry related business development experience is a must;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
• Focused and goal-oriented;
