Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team at our Model Town, Lahore office. You will be working with a globally recognized SaaS ERP platform that holds a prominent leadership position in the market. The role is performance-driven and requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills to expand the company’s global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and convert international leads for SaaS ERP solutions

• Strategically pitch services to global clients and close high-value deals

• Build long-term relationships with potential customers and channel partners

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery alignment and customer satisfaction

• Manage the sales funnel from outreach to contract negotiation

• Generate and analyze performance reports to guide growth strategy

Qualifications:

• 3 to 4 years of proven experience in SaaS sales
  OR

• 4 to 5 years in SaaS customer success with a strong interest in transitioning to sales

• Familiarity with SaaS business models, client onboarding, and CRM tools

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives under minimal supervision

• Passion for international business development and performance excellence
